Since the Israeli public transportation is not that reliable, seems the most effective way to get from one point to another in Israel is by using a Private Transfer.
The Israeli public transportation has almost no signs in English; the buses & trains announcements are most likely in Hebrew only what makes the tourists using those services facing many difficulties.
The Israeli public transportation is not active during Saturdays & Jewish holidays make that system even more problematic for the tourists.
Private Transfers in Israel are operated by modern AC vehicles such as 4 seats Skoda Octavia or similar car, 7 seats Mercedes Viano or similar mini vans, 11 seats GMC vans or 16/20 seats Mercedes Sprinter minibuses or similar.
Most transfers can be organized using driver only. We mostly recommend those arriving the Ben Gurion international Airport (TLV Airport) to include meet & assist service or VIP service at the airport.
Other popular transfers operated in Israel are:
- Transfers from Allenby bridge to Jerusalem / Bethlehem, Tel Aviv
- Transfers between Taba & Arava border terminals next to Eilat
- Transfers from Eilat’s airports (Ovda & Eilat) to Eilat’s hotels
- Transfers between Tel Aviv & Jerusalem
- Transfer between Jordan River border terminal (Sheik Hussein) & Israeli major cities such as Tel Aviv, Tiberius or Jerusalem
- Private transfer from west bank Palestinian cities (Ramallah / Bethlehem/ Jericho) to / from Israeli cities or borders.
